Título del mensaje: [Resuelto] Problemas con css desing

hola a todos,disculpen las molestias,pero necesito ayuda,no se mucho de css y pues me ocurre un problema en mi web,al colocar contenido en la pagina,despues de cierta cantidad me repite el header y luego continua con el demas contenido, y quiciera saber como evitar que me repita el header

Segun este codigo que tienes puesto, indicas que cada vez que pongas la etiqueta

aparezca esa imagen. Lo que debes hacer es ir a la controlar paginas-> la pagina portables -> Fuente HTML y bscas el codigo

y lo borras. Con esto deberia de desaparecer tu problema.
Tambien podrias hacer otra cosa que es algo mas complicado pero que te permite poner encabezados con h1. Lo que tienes que hacer es ir a Editar diseño y en el codigo de Arriba que me diste cambias esta parte:

Grax humorjona me sirvio lo que me dijise,solo con borrar lo de "h1" por que no se si yo lo hice mal pero con la otra opcion se me descuadraba la pagina,muchas grax por tu ayuda,

Quiciera pedirte otro favor,o al que me pueda ayudar.

Tengo otra duda, como puedo solucionar el problema con mis menus que mas bien son box, lo que pasa es que como tengo nos menus (Izquierda y Derecha)
el de la derecha se muestra opaco y no se como hacer para que se vea igual al de la izquierda no se si alguien me podria ayudar

La opacidad de tus textos en los distintos box se debe a que ñps textos que pegaste en la derecha estan editados en html y tienen como defecto el color ese
y los de la izquierda no.

Deberias ir a tu editor Html Escribir el texto que quieres que muestre..
Seleccionar un color y luego ese codigo copiarlo en la seccion de la plantilla en donde quieres que valla.
Ejemplo:

Este codigo lo pegas en la plantilla donde quieres que valla el mismo

Viendo el codigo de tu pagina se ve que tienes puesto que todos los enlaces tengan por defecto ese color. En el caso del menu de la izquierda tienes puesto un codigo especifico para el para que tenga ese color. El codigo que tienes puesto para los enlaces de la izquierda es este(lo que esta en rojo):
