AYUDA CON UNA PLANTILLA!!!!!!!!!!

VEO EN ALGUNAS PAGINAS QUE TIENEN ESTAS PLANTILLAS:
TODO EL FONDO ES BLANCO,NO TIENEN BOX,TIENEN SU MENU ARRIVA DE LA PAGINA,Y TAMBIEN PUEDEN PONER SU CABEZAL ARRIVA.

YO QUIERO UNA DE ESAS ASI.. PERO DONDE COSIGO? NOSE COMO HACER..NO SE COMO PONERLA TMP..Y NOSE SI ES ICE BLUE,RED,BUTTERFLY..NO TENGO IDEA AYUDENMEE! POR FAVOR.. Y SI TIENEN PASENMELAS CON EL CODIGO. ! POR FAVORR
